Our Services
Coastline Mobile Phlebotomy operates as a self-pay service and does not bill insurance. A detailed receipt will be provided upon request for patients who wish to seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider. Laboratory testing fees may be eligible for insurance coverage through the lab; however, all insurance coordination and billing matters are handled directly between the patient and the laboratory. We are not responsible for denied claims or laboratory charges.
Prices are reflected per service.
To provide the highest level of service, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Add on services are subject to an extra fee of $50 per lab order/kit.
Same-Day Blood Draw Services, +$30.
$0.50 per mile after 10 miles to your home (first 10 miles included).
All mobile phlebotomy services are self-pay and payment is due 24 hours before the service. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple pay and Debit/Credit Card with an extra 3.5% fee.

Routine Lab Order - $85
Typically 15 to 30 minutes up to 3 tubes. (physician orders only; annual checkups, cholesterol, glucose, etc.).
A routine blood draw service provides safe, accurate, and convenient collection of blood specimens for diagnostic testing. Performed by a certified phlebotomist, this service follows strict clinical and safety protocols to ensure patient comfort and specimen integrity.
Complex Lab Order - $105
Typically 30 to 40 minutes and it requires more than 4 tubes. (physician orders only; annual checkups, cholesterol, glucose, etc.).
A complex blood draw service provides safe, accurate, and convenient collection of blood specimens for diagnostic testing. Performed by a certified phlebotomist, this service follows strict clinical and safety protocols to ensure patient comfort and specimen integrity.
Complex Draw - $135
Typically 30 minutes or more (medical conditions; pediatric, behavioral health, time sensitive draws).
A complex blood draw service is designed for patients with difficult venous access or unique medical needs. Our experienced phlebotomists use advanced techniques and a patient-centered approach to successfully obtain blood samples while prioritizing comfort, safety, and accuracy. Additional phlebotomy assistance may be required for patients with medical or behavioral health needs. Please notify us when scheduling if additional assistance may be needed.
Specialty Kit - $125
Typically 60 minutes or more (genetic testing kit, hormone panels, fertility testing, infectious disease panels, clinical research or trial kits, TB testing, etc.).
A specialty kit service provides professional collection and handling of specimens using laboratory-provided kits that require precise procedures, timing, and packaging. Our trained phlebotomists ensure every step is performed accurately to meet the exact requirements of the testing laboratory.
